轴流式灭火风机气动设计和有效风速理论分析

摘    要:分析了轴流式风力灭火机采用高速轴流风机的设计特点,结合流体力学中的叶型设计理论对高速轴流风机进行了气动反向设计,得出叶型截面的翼型参数和变截面扭曲叶片的实体模型;并结合气体圆形自由射流原理对轴流式风力灭火机的有效风速进行了理论分析,探讨了提高轴流式风力灭火机有效风速的具体途径。

Abstract:The fire-fighting fan of an axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher makes use of an axial-flow fan. In this study, we analyzed the design features of a high-speed axial-flow fan for the axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher and made an aerodynamic and reverse design for the high-speed axial-flow fan in combination with the theory of blade design in fluid mechanics. The airfoil parameters of the blade-type cross-section and the solid model of distorted blades with variable cross-section were determined. The effective wind speed of the axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher was also analyzed theoretically in combination with the principles of free gas circular jet flows. In the end, we discuss the ways of enhancing the effective wind speed of an axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher.
