沙棘根系特性的观察与研究

采用野外调查与苗圃内育苗试验相结合的方法,就沙棘(H.rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rou.)根系初期发育与生长节奏,根瘤的产生、类型、活动特性,根蘖苗的产生及其不定根的发育等做了观察与研究。得出:(1)中国沙棘无论何种繁殖方式,其地上、地下部分生长节奏都呈规律性交替;(2)沙棘根瘤为多年生,其开始活动的时间晚于根系,而停止活动的时间早;(3)沙棘根蘖与植株生长势及根系成熟程度有关。根蘖苗不定根在4年生以后大量发生。

The Observation and Investigation on the Feature of Root System of Seabuckthorn

The paper deals with the root system of seabuckthorn (H. ippophaerhamnoides L. subsp. sinensis Rou. ) grown in Shanxi province. During the 1986 and 1987 growing seasons, the observation and investigation were made in wild stands and nursery stocks on rhythmic growth, distribution and morphological characteristics of root system, root nodulation and suckering etc. The conclusions are. (1)The root growth and shoot growth of stocks propagated by different m'ethods, proceeds alternately. (2)The root nodule of seabuckthorn is perennial, its activity begins later(stop earlier)than the growth of root system. (3)The suckering of seabuckthorn is related to the growth vigor of slocks and the root ripeness. The adventitious roots breaks out profusely on the 4 year old stocks grown from suckers.
