| 摘 要： | 在厦门天竺山森林公园总体规划设计的基础上,通过分析与测算公园建成后游客规模、投资支出和收益状况,采用收益现值法对森林公园内的森林景观资产的价值进行评估,得出森林公园景观资产总值为21388.61万元.并认为森林景观资产是森林资产的重要组成部分,现阶段宜采用收益现值法对森林景观资产进行评价.该研究为厦门天竺山森林公园内的森林景观资产的确认、估价提供了科学的依据.

| Abstract: | Based on the general planning of Tianzhushan Forest Park in Xiamen,the study was carried out to analyze and predict the numbers of visitors,expenditure on construction and management and the status of profit after the park completed, and to assess the value of forest landscape assets by current value method.The assessment result of the forest landscape assets is about 213,886,100 RMB.The article maintains that the forest landscape assets is the important part of forest assets and is proper to be assessed by current value method.The study can provide a scientific basis to identify and assess forest landscape assets of Tianzhushan Forest Park. |
