绒白乳菇发酵液提取物对杨树叶枯病菌抑菌机理的初步研究

为了探明绒白乳菇发酵液提取物对杨树叶枯病菌生长的抑制机理，该文研究了该提取物对叶枯病菌菌体生长过程、孢子萌发过程及对其体内蛋白质含量与合成的影响。通过显微观察发现，该提取物能使叶枯病菌菌丝部分膨大、畸形、原生质浓缩，产生溶壁现象，也能使其孢子不萌发或萌发异常，而且处理时间越长，抑制作用越明显；与对照相比，经提取物处理48 h的叶枯病菌菌体的蛋白质含量是对照的6.7%，显著降低；经提取物处理过的叶枯病菌菌体蛋白电泳谱带的颜色、数目、位置，与对照相比，均发生了变化。表明绒白乳菇发酵液提取物能够抑制叶枯病菌菌体蛋白的生物合成，使菌体蛋白不仅含量下降显著，而且在表达上也发生了明显变化。 

Inhibiting mechanism of the extraction of Lactarius vellereus fermenting liquid on Alternaria alternata in poplar

In order to explore the inhibiting mechanism of the extraction of Lactarius vellereus fermenting liquid on the growth of Alternaria alternata,the effects of the extraction on the mycelia growth,spore germination,protein content and synthesis of A.alternata are studied.The results of microscopic examination show that the extraction could make A.alternata hyphas swollen and abnormal,the protoplasm concentrated and the cell wall degraded.The spore could not germinate or could germinate abnormally.The inhibitor...
