南方红豆杉种子发芽抑制物质的初步研究

通过系统分离、GC-MS鉴定的方法，从南方红豆杉种子甲醇浸提液中分离鉴定出多种有机化合物，分析确定了它们的种类和相对含量。结果表明:有机物质主要为有机酸类、酯类、胺类、醇类和酮类等。其中乙酸的抑制活性在其他种子抑制物质的研究中已被证实，胺类物质首次从南方红豆杉种子中被分离鉴定。分别对南方红豆杉种子胚、胚乳和3层种皮的甲醇浸提液进行生物测定，比较几个部位中发芽抑制物质活性的差别，结果说明种子各部位中均含有发芽抑制物质，这些物质对白菜种子的发芽率和胚根生长有抑制作用，但各部位抑制物质的抑制活性存在一定差异，其活性的强弱为胚＞内种皮＞胚乳＞中种皮＞外种皮，且随浸提液浓度的增大，抑制作用逐渐增强。 

Germination inhibitors in seeds of Taxus chinensis vat.mairei
