园林花卉种子超低温保存研究

摘    要:为了探讨超低温保存技术广泛应用于园林花卉种子保存的可能性 ,对 18个科 47种花卉种子进行了超低温保存研究 .除了 2种花卉种子进入液氮后炸裂外 ,其余 45种花卉种子保存后都有一定发芽率 ,有些花卉种子保存后种子发芽率还高于保存前 .结果表明 ,①超低温保存技术可以广泛应用于园林花卉的种子保存 ;②花卉种子在自然含水量状态即可存于液氮中 ;③从液氮中取出后 ,采用 35~ 40℃温水浴化冻有较高的发芽率 ;④超低温保存对一些花卉种子萌发表现出促进作用

Abstract:This study is to investigate the possibility and range of seed preservation of ornamental plants by cryopreservation. Experiments of 47 species flowers representing 18 families were carried out. Except two species of them, all the others were stored by cryopreservation successfully. The seeds of those two species have burst when they were put into liquid nitrogen(LN 2). The 45 species flowers still kept the certain germination rates after cryopreservtion and some of them even had higher germination rates than the control. This study indicates that: ①Cryopreservation can be widely used in seed preservation of ornamental plants. ②The flowers seeds with nature water moisture can be stored in LN 2 directly. ③Thawing the seeds in 30~40 ℃ warm water can keep high seed germination rates than thawing them at room temperature. ④The cryopreservation enhances seed germination of some flowers.
