国营林场经营模式研究

经营模式就是以经营思想为指导,辅助以经营措施,使其各种要素在一定条件下趋于优化稳定组合的经济格局。本文从定性、定量角度探讨了国营林场的经营思想、经营目标及生产结构,并以经营项目的提出、经济规模的确定、资源最优配置为内容,提出了国营林场经营决策的三个层次。

A State Forest Farm Management Model

This thesis advances a management model concept for State Forest Farm (SFF) management. Because management is assisted by the measure of management, the management model makes elements of production tend towards an optimum and steady economic structure under given conditions. That is, the management model is a decision making tool for use from goal deciding to structure development. This paper studies the idea of management, the management model and the production structure from qualitative and quantitative angles in SFF management.Development of managing projects, economic scales, optimum structure of resources and three levels of decision making are considered.
