冀北山区小流域可持续开发治理模式研究

为解决我国小流域综合治理的一些重要现实问题，在冀北山区典型小流域对可持续开发治理模式进行了探讨．该模式以治理→开发→产业→产业化深化过程和靠技术投入增效为基本原理，提出了模式的设计目标、水土保持规划、产业发展规划和土地利用规划，介绍了“八五”期间模式实施的效益．

Sustainable Management and Development Model for Small Watersheds of the Northern Hebei Mountains

From the beginning of 1990s,the small watershed management in China has met some serious problems. In order to carry out the management in new background,this paper takes the deepening process of management→development→industrial→industrialization and the increasing benefit from the technological input as basic principles,puts forward a sustainable management development model in the typical small watershed of Northern Hebei Province. It also introduces the objectives of model design,the bases,principles and methods of soil and water conservation plan,industrial development plan and land use plan.The major benefits of the model implementation from 1992 to 1995 are brought forth as well.
