油松优树子代遗传变异与选择的初步研究

摘    要:对来自油松中部种子区晋南豫北亚区的3个种源5~6年生的114个优树自由授粉家系单地点测定结果表明,3个种源在主干高和地径生长上无显著差异;树高生长的家系遗传率在0.6左右,家系内的平均表型变异系数为31.9%;近59%家系的主干高生长超过对照,1/3家系超过对照10%以上,最高的超过对照28%;有34个无性系主干高相对育种值超过0.20,16个超过0.10,按25%比例作后向选择,其子代预期遗传增益接近26%;中选优良家系的平均育种值在7.6%左右;家系结合家系内的预期选择增益在19%左右,其效果略低于后向选择.并讨论了选择技术,提出了发展多经济方向多树种的良种基地建议.

Abstract:One hundred and fourteen open pollinated families of 5~6 year old plus trees from three provenances were tested in one site.There are no significant differences in the stem height growth and base diameter growth among the three provenances.The heritability of stem height growth was evaluated as 0 6. There were 59% families growing better than the control and one third exceeding the control by 10%. The breeding values of selected clones and families were evaluated. The genetic gains of forward selection and backward selection were estimated.
