摘    要:为探讨海岸带黑松混交林土壤生化特性及其与土壤肥力的关系 ,该文对 3种类型黑松 (Pinusthunbergii)混交林及纯林的土壤微生物、酶及土壤养分因子进行了测定和分析 .结果表明 :不同林分土壤微生物数量、酶的活性均表现出差异性 ,混交林土壤养分含量均高于纯林 ,尤以黑松×刺槐、黑松×麻栎混交林显著 ;土壤微生物数量、酶活性与土壤养分含量之间呈显著相关关系 ,可作为评价土壤肥力的指标

Abstract:To search for the correlation between biochemical characteristics of soil and the soil fertility in mixed stands of Pinus thunbergii along seaside,the soil microorganism,enzyme and soil nutrient are detected and analysed in three types of mixed stands of Pinus thunbergii and pure stand.The results are as follows:the differences of microorganism quantity among different types of soil is significant,so is the enzyme activity.Soil nutrient content in the mixed stands is higher than that in the pure stand,especialy in mixed stands of Pinus thunbergii×Robinia pseudoacacia and Pinus thunbergii×Quercus acutissima. The correlation among soil microorganism quantity,enyme activity and soil nutrient content is significant.Therefore it can be used as evaluation index of soil fertility.
