| 摘 要： | 以MS为培养基,研究了光照、温度、植物生长调节剂等条件对三角枫愈伤组织诱导生长和总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:光照对愈伤组织中总黄酮的积累有极显著影响,对愈伤组织鲜重生长有显著影响,对愈伤组织干重生长影响较小。与暗条件相比,连续光照不利于愈伤组织形成,但有利于愈伤组织中总黄酮积累,间断性光照有利于愈伤组织形成,但不利于总黄酮积累;黑暗不利于愈伤组织中总黄酮积累。三角枫愈伤组织生长及黄酮类化合物生物积累的适宜温度为25℃,与之相比,低温(15℃)或高温(35℃)培养时愈伤组织生长及总黄酮积累均受到抑制,变温(15℃转25℃、25℃转35℃)培养减弱愈伤组织生长,不利于黄酮的积累。4种供试植物生长调节物质对三角枫叶愈伤组织生长和总黄酮积累的影响均达到了极显著水平,愈伤组织生长的最佳生长调节剂组合是0mg/L2,4-D+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA+0.5mg/LIBA;促进总黄酮积累的最佳生长调节剂组合是0mg/L2,4-D+1.5mg/L6-BA+1.0mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LIBA。
