响应面法优化超声波提取构树叶中叶绿素的工艺研究

摘    要:为实现构树叶的高附加值利用,选取影响超声波辅助提取构树叶中叶绿素提取效果的提取温度、超声波处理时间、超声波功率、液料比4个因素,通过单因素实验选取影响因素的水平,然后在单因素实验的基础上采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法(RSA),依据回归分析优化了超声波辅助提取构树叶中叶绿素的工艺方法。结果表明:超声波辅助提取构树叶中叶绿素的优化条件为提取温度60℃,超声波处理时间50 min,超声波功率500 W,液料比10 mL/g;该条件下,叶绿素的提取得率可达到1.277%。与传统的研磨法和溶剂萃取法相比,超声波辅助提取叶绿素大大缩短了提取时间,提高了有效成分的提取得率,是一种极具应用前景的方法。
