往复式灌木切割器滑切角对灌木切割的影响

摘    要:为了解往复式灌木切割器的滑切角对切割力的影响,在自制的往复式单刀切割试验台上,通过改变滑切角角度研究了滑切角与灌木最大切割力的关系,以及刀刃角和曲柄转速对滑切过程的影响.结果表明:1)往复式灌木切割器的滑切角适用范围为0°-10°.2)当滑切角较小时(≤10°),增大刀刃角有利于滑切过程并降低最大切割力.3)当滑切角较...
