微波后处理对ACQ-D处理杉木抗水流失性的影响

摘    要:为了提高胺溶铜季胺盐-D型(ACQ-D)处理杉木中有效成分铜的抗水流失性,采用微波方法对ACQ-D处理杉木进行后处理,然后测定经过流失试验试材中的铜流失率,并借助FTIR、SEM谱图,结合微波后处理过程中一价铜的转变情况,对铜的固着机理进行深入分析。结果表明:经过一定时间的微波后处理,可以明显降低铜的流失率,且随着处理时间和微波强度的增加而逐渐下降;包膜试件中铜离子的抗水流失性要好于不包膜的试件,这是温度和水分协同作用的结果;试件中铜的化合价转变不大,因此可确保微波后处理不会削弱ACQ- D处理材的耐腐性。SEM及FTIR谱图显示:铜与木材生成的晶体颗粒主要分布在木材细胞壁及木材的纹孔中;铜与纤维素间的反应很少,而木素及半纤维素是铜固着的主要场所。力学性能试验结果表明:微波后处理对试件的顺纹抗压强度及纤维素结晶度的影响均较小。

Abstract:In order to improve the leaching resistance of active ingredient-copper in ammoniacal copper quat-type D (ACQ-D) treated Chinese fir,microwave post treatments were carried out in this study.
