果树种质资源鉴定及 DNA 指纹图谱应用研究进展

摘    要:该文对应用于果树种质资源鉴定的各种方法进行了系统的论述 .文中介绍了传统的形态学、孢粉学、细胞学以及蛋白质凝胶电泳方法在果树种质资源鉴定方面的应用及能解决的问题 ;论述了目前 5种重要的DNA指纹图谱方法 ,即RFLP、RAPD、小卫星DNA(VNTR)、微卫星DNA(SSR)和AFLP的特点以及在果树种质资源鉴定中的具体应用 ,并对指纹图谱方法在果树遗传研究等方面的应用前景进行了分析

Abstract:Various methods which have been applied in identification of fruit tree germplasm were discussed in the paper. Applications and restrictions of the traditional morphological, palynological, cytological and protein gel electrophoresis methods were summarized. Moreover characteristics and applications of the newly developed DNA fingerprinting methods in this field such as RFLP, RAPD, VNTR, SSR, and AFLP were also reviewed. Their prospects of applications in other areas of genetic research were analyzed.
