| Abstract: | RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism), RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNAs) and AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) are introduced and their applications to fingerprints, genetic linkage maps constructing and QTLs mapping in poplar are reviewed in this paper. |
