摘    要:为了指导非洲菊组培苗大规模生产,研究了不同基质、种植深度以及基质水分含量对非洲菊组培苗驯化成活率和生长情况的影响。结果表明:珍珠岩:营养土为1:1,生长点高出基质,保持基质润湿时,组培苗驯化的成活率较高、生长情况也较好。

Abstract:In order to guide the mass production of tissue culture seedling of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus, the effects of different matrix,planting depth and water content in matrix on domestication survival ratio and growth of tissue culture seedling of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus were researched. The results showed that when the propor tion of perlite and nutrition soil was l:l,growing point was higher than matrix which kept wetting, and the survival ratio and growth of Gerbera jarnesonii Bolus were ideal.
