摘    要:当今世界的竞争。以人才竞争为焦点。作为我国农业科学研究的基层单位,面对日益激烈的人才竞争。要想在社会和经济发展的大潮中立于不败之地,就必须实施符合自己发展的人才战略,即引进来和走出去战略。

Abstract:The talent competition is the focus of the competition in the world today. The agricultural institute as the basic of the agriculture scientific research, in the keen competition circumstance, should implement the talent strategy belong to itself to be in an unassailable position.
