原生境野生大豆灰斑病抗性评价与发掘

摘    要:为丰富大豆抗灰斑病育种基因库,对黑龙江、吉林、河南3个野生大豆保护点内的280份原生境野生大豆资源进行抗灰斑病优异资源鉴定及发掘研究。结果表明:在抗感比例方面,河南桐柏(1:0.75)明显高于吉林龙井(1:1.40)和黑龙江巴彦(1:1.44),而吉林龙井略高于黑龙江巴彦;鉴定筛选出47份对黑龙江省主要灰斑病菌水平抗性好的野生大豆资源,其中,黑龙江巴彦大豆资源12份,吉林龙井14份,河南桐柏21份。

Abstract:280 wild soybeans,which have collected in in-situ conservation site of wild soybean in Heilongjiang province and Jilin province and Henan province of China,have been appraised in the experiment to enrich the gene bank of soybean breeding resistant to Cercospora sojina.The result showed that resistant and susceptible proportion of Henan province(1∶0.75)was significantly higher than that of Jilin province(1∶1.40)and Heilongjiang province(1∶1.44);and Jilin slightly higher than the Heilongjiang.There were 47 resistant disease germplasm,which horizontal resistance was good for mainly soybean frogeye leaf spot to Heilongjiang province,including 12 varieties from Bayan county of Heilongjiang province,14 varieties from Longjing city of Jilin province,21 varieties from Tongbai county of Henan province.
