大豆不同时期不同节位叶绿素含量的研究

为了更进一步探索大豆不同时期不同节位叶片叶绿素含量的变化趋势，用叶绿素仪、721型分光光度计等仪器对大豆不同时期进行测量与分析，结果表明：大豆不同品种、不同时期叶片叶绿素总含量下降快慢不同，在所供试的品种中，亚有限品种OhioFG1叶片叶绿素总含量变化范围最大，有限品种叶片中叶绿素总舍量表现一直为沈农6号＞铁丰29＞铁丰27；对叶绿素a,b的研究表明，叶绿素a含量都高于其对应的叶绿素b的含量。沈农6号是叶绿素a含量较高的品种，铁丰29叶片叶绿素b含量较高的品种。说明不同品种叶片叶绿素总含量的高低是由叶绿素a、b共同作用的结果。
