摘    要:选3种不同基因型的辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)材料,建立了辣椒高频离体再生体系,试验结果表明:芽分化的最适培养基为:MS 6-BA 5 mg/L I AA 0.2 mg/L;芽伸长的最适培养基为MS 6-BA 5 mg/L I AA 0.2 mg/L GA3 2 mg/L;生根的最适培养基为MS NAA 0.1mg/L,当植株长到10~12片叶时,进行移栽.

Abstract:Using the three different genotypes of the pepper as experimental materials.A rapid and efficient in vitro regeneration system of pepper was established.The results as follows:the optimum shoot inducing medium is MS 6-BA 5 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L,the optimum shoot extention inducing medium is MS 6-BA 5 mg/L I AA 0.2 mg/L GA3 2 mg/L,the optimum root inducing medium is MS NAA0.1 mg/L.When the plant height is 10-12cm,They can be transptanted.
