基于文献计量分析我国猪肉质性状研究现状

摘    要:为了解目前我国猪肉质性状研究概况及发展趋势,以中国知网的《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》为检索对象,采用文献计量学方法,从年度载文量与期刊分布、发文作者及主要产出机构、基金项目资助、下载频次及被引频次等方面对1994~2013年间我国猪肉质性状研究文献进行了统计分析。结果表明:相关文献量及发文刊数在2008年达到峰值后,随年度呈下降趋势;华中农业大学、浙江大学、山东省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所、四川农业大学和南京农业大学等研究机构是猪肉质性状研究的主体;目前猪肉质性状研究热点是基于基因组学技术的分子机理研究。

Abstract:In order to understand research situation and development trend of swine meat quality in our country , based on Chinese Academic Journal Network Publishing Database (CAJD)of China National Knowledge Infra-structure(CNKI) ,the number of articles and journals ,core authors and affiliations ,funds ,download times ,and cited times of articles related to meat quality traits in swine during 1994 to 2013 were statistically studied by the bibliometrics .The results revealed that the number of articles and journals were increased to the highest in 2008 ,however ,it decreased annually after 2008 ;Huazhong Agricultural University ,Zhejiang University ,Insti-tute of Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences ,Sichuan Agricul-tural University and Nanjing Agricultural University were the main research institutions for research quality traits of swine meat ;the current hotspots of swine meat quality traits were the study of molecular mechanism through functional genomics technology .
