| 摘 要： | 苏云金芽孢杆菌 (Bt)杀虫晶体蛋白对许多农业害虫有很高的活性。许多试验表明Bt晶体蛋白之间具有协同增效作用 ,蛋白的混配比单一的蛋白具有更高的活性。本文对Bt杀虫晶体蛋白分类方法、蛋白活性以及蛋白之间的协同作用进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Insecticidal crystal proteins of Bacillus thuringiensis are extremely toxic to many pests. Many experiments prove that the interaction between these toxins is synergistic effect, in which the toxicity of mixed proteins is greater than independent proteins. Classification, toxicity and synergistic effect of Bt crystal proteins are reviewed. |
