| 摘 要： | 在马铃薯初花期时,对其叶面进行喷施10、20、40、80 mg/L烯效唑处理,以清水为对照,研究了烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的影响.结果表明:叶面喷施烯效唑可以促进马铃薯块茎中淀粉含量、Vc含量和可溶性糖含量的增加,而降低可溶性蛋白质含量,其中淀粉含量和Vc含量与对照分别达到了显著差异水平.说明,叶面喷施烯效唑对马铃薯块茎品质的改善有促进作用. |

| Abstract: | The leaves of potato plant were treated by the different concentrations uniconazole with 10,20,40,80 mg/L during the first bloom.The results showed that there was an increase in the content of starch,Vc and soluble sugar in the tuber,but there was a decrease in the content of soluble protein.In addition,the content of starch and Vc of potato tuber treated by the uniconazole have a significant difference compared with the CK,which indicated that uniconazole could improve the quality of potato tuber. |
