基于熵值法的兰州市城市土地集约度与土地利用结构关系的研究

摘    要:基于熵值法分析了兰州市城市土地集约度及其变化,采用相关系数指标、增量分析和回归分析法,探讨了城市土地集约度与土地利用结构之间的相关性与定量关系。结果表明:兰州市城市土地集约度较低,在1998~2007年兰州市城市土地集约度逐步提高,经历了由粗放到一般集约的4个阶段;城市土地集约度与土地利用结构之间呈现高度的相关性,兰州市城市土地集约度与工业用地、居住用地、公共设施用地、道路用地、绿化用地的相关系数分别为-0.971、0.969、0.884、0.949、0.960;增量分析表明:兰州市城市土地集约度每提高1个百分点,需要工业用地减少833.28 hm2,居住用地、公共设施用地、道路用地、绿化用地分别增加984.56、354.48、98.29、421.23 hm2;通过构建集约度和土地利用结构之间的关系模型,为进一步研究优化土地利用结构,提高城市土地利用率提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the entropy method to Analyze the urban land intensive degree and its changes of Lanzhou city, use the methods of correlation coefficient, incremental analysis and regression analysis to explore the correlation and quantitative relationship between intensity and land use structure. The results showed that:urban land intensive degree of Lanzhou city was lower, in the decades of 1998~2007, the urban land intensity was gradually increasing and experienced four stages from extensive to generally intensive ; Urban land intensity and land use structure showed a high degree of relevance, intensity and industrial land, living space, public facilities land, road space, green land of the correlation coefficients were -0.971,0.969,0.884,0.949, 0.960. Incremental analysis showed that the intensity of urban land for each additional one percentage point needs to reduce 833.28hm~2 industrial land , and to add 984.56 hm~2 living space, 354.48 hm~2 public facilities land, 98.29 hm~2 road space, 421.23 hm~2 green land ; Constructing the Intensive and land-use structure model could provide a reference for further research of optimize land-use structure and to improve urban land use.
