佛手花抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为进一步综合利用佛手花,该研究测定了其对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除能力,并与对照槲皮素、山奈酚、咖啡酸、芦丁、没食子酸和对香豆酸进行比较。结果表明:各物质清除DPPH自由基的能力为:对香豆酸佛手花提取物香草酸芦丁咖啡酸没食子酸。清除羟自由基的能力为:芦丁咖啡酸佛手花提取物山奈酚槲皮素。说明佛手花提取物具有很好的抗氧化活性,是一种良好的天然抗氧化剂。

Abstract:In order to further comprehensive utilization of flower of Citrus medica ,the scavenging activities of DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical were determined ,and they were compared with quercetin ,kaempferol , caffeic acid ,rutin ,gallic acid and p-coumaric acid .The results showed that the scavenging activities of DPPH free radical was p-coumaric acid〈 extract from flower of Citrus medica〈 vanillic acid〈 rutin〈 caffeic acid〈gallic acid ,the scavenging activities of hydroxyl radical was rutin 〈caffeic acid〈extract from flower of Citrus medica〈kaempferol〈quercetin .It indicated that extract from flower of Citrus medica had good antioxidant ac-tivity and could be a good natural antioxidant .
