黑龙江省北部地区土著咪唑乙烟酸降解细菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:从长期施用咪唑乙烟酸的土壤中筛选获得了3株对咪唑乙烟酸具有较好降解能力的细菌(降解率均在75%以上)。通过形态特征、生理生化鉴定。结果表明:J1为微球菌属(Micrococcussp.),J2、J3为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp.)。

Abstract:Three strains were separated from soil, which contained the herbicide imazethapyr and were long polluted by the pesticide (the degradation rates were allabove 75%). From the analyses of their morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, the initial identification was as follow: J_1 was Micrococcus sp.,J_2 and J_3 were Bacillus sp..
