摘    要:选择7种不同类型的果袋对新西兰红梨等5个梨品种(系)果实进行套袋处理,研究了套袋对果实内在品质的影响。结果表明:套袋轻微降低大部分梨果实的内在品质。套袋后大部分梨果实的可溶性固形物含量和总糖含量降低、可滴定酸含量增加。套袋能增加大部分梨果实Vc含量。

Abstract:Effects of bagging with 7 different types of bags on New Zealand red pear fruit quality were studied.The results indicated that the internal fruit quality was slightly reduced by bagging with different bag types.The content of the soluble solids,total solub1e sugars of the most of bagged fruit were decreased,the content of titratable acidity and the vitamin C was increased by bagging treatments.
