香石竹分子育种研究进展

摘    要:香石竹是当代世界上最重要的切花品种之一。尽管传统育种技术在香石竹遗传改良方面取得了显著成就,但仍不能满足当前香石竹生产优良品种的需求。随着生物技术的发展,以基因工程技术为核心的现代分子育种技术已经成为香石竹育种的重要研究方向。综述了近年来国内外香石竹分子育种的研究进展和成果,简要评述了香石竹分子育种研究中存在的问题并展望其应用前景。

Abstract:Carnation is one of the most important cut flowers in the world. Though the conventional breeding has made remarkable achievements in the genetic improvement of carnation, it does not satisfy the current production demand of fine carnation varieties. With the development of biological technology,molecular breeding has become an important research direction of carnation breeding. In this paper, research progress of carnation molecular breeding was summarized in recent years, and the problems and perspectives related to genetic engineering for molecular breeding of carnation were also elucidated briefly.
