摘    要:冷害是水稻减产的主要原因之一,也是全世界普遍关注的问题.从水稻耐冷分子生理、耐冷相关基因的定位和克隆以及水稻耐冷分子育种等几个角度对水稻耐冷性研究作了阐述,并对今后水稻耐冷研究和育种工作提出了一些建议.

Abstract:Cold stress is one of the most important factors to decrease the yield of rice, which is thought to be a matter of great urgency to be solved. Some problems such as the mechanisms of cold-tolerance, cloning and localization of cold-responsive genes, and molecular breeding cold resistant on rice were discussed, and some suggestions were put forward for the research and breeding of cold tolerance in rice in the further.
