城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统建设研究

随着社会经济、城市化和新农村建设的快速发展,长期以来形成的城市和农村地籍分开管理的工作体制不利于地籍工作的顺利进行,城乡地籍统一管理成为一种迫切的要求。初步探讨了城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统的建设状况,包括系统设计思想、系统结构设计、系统功能设计等,对于加强地籍管理工作,科学合理利用土地资源具有一定的意义。

Research on Construction of Urban and Rural Integrative Cadastral Management Information System

With the rapid development of the economy,urbanization and new rural construction,the long-standing work system that urban and rural cadastre had been administered separately is not conducive to the cadastre work smooth advance,urban and rural cadastre global administration into one kind becoming urgent request.The construction situation of integration of urban and rural areas cadastral management information system was discussed,including system design thought,system architecture design,system function design and so on,it was valuable to strengthen cadastral management and make full use of land resources.
