黑龙江省中西部地区农作制度现状分析

采用2008年统计数据对黑龙江省中西部地区的农作制各要素的现状和特点进行了分析。认为黑龙江省中西部地区农作制存在的主要问题：生态环境脆弱;农产品附加值低,产业化链条短;农业机械化作业规模小。为了促进中西部地区农业的可持续发展,认为建立现代农作制未来的发展趋势为：保护生态环境,促进农业的可持续发展;延长产业链,增加产品附加值;加速土地流转,提高机械化作业规模。

Analysis of Farming Systems Status in Central and Western Regions of Heilongjiang Province

The status and characteristics of farming system in central and western regions in Heilongjiang province were analyzed by statistical data of 2008,the major existing problems were：the weaken ecological environment;low agricultural added value and short industrialization chain;agricultural mechanization assignments in small scale.In order to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and establish modern farming system in this area,the development trends of farming system were：protecting the ecological environment to promote development of sustainable agricultural;extending industry chains to increase product added value;accelerating land transfer to increase the scale of mechanized operations.
