| 摘 要： | 在可持续发展成为国际社会共同选择的前提下,欠发达地区如何发挥后发优势,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会成为了我国区域经济研究的热点问题。从资源节约型和环境友好型社会的基本内涵入手,阐明了欠发达地区建设资源节约型环境友好型社会的后发优势大致体现在学习性后发优势、机遇政策性后发优势、资源性后发优势和动力性后发优势四方面,并对如何构建资源节约型环境友好型社会提出了合理的对策与思路。
