Disaster Design of Shangzhi Public Park Based on Emergency Shelter in Harbin

The appearance and development background of emergency shelter in China was introduced,and the design principle of public park as emergency shelter were put forward.Taking Shangzhi Public Park of Harbin as an example to show the way to deal with the landscape design of the terrain,roads,water and construction of the four elements design combined with the disaster prevention,it focused on the integration and transformation of urban public park landscape and the disaster prevention.It could provide references for disaster prevention of existing urban public parks.
