洋葱叶多糖超声辅助提取工艺优化

摘    要:为了优化洋葱叶多糖提取工艺,以洋葱叶为原料,通过单因素试验考察料液比、浸提时间、提取温度对洋葱叶多糖提取的影响,并进一步采用正交试验优化了超声辅助提取多糖的工艺。结果表明:超声辅助提取洋葱叶多糖的最佳条件为,料液比1∶10,浸提时间20min,提取温度50℃,在此条件下提取液中多糖浓度可以达到9.23mg·mL~(-1)。

Abstract:The aim of this study is to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from onion leaves.Single factor test was used to investigate the effect of ratio of material to liquid,extracting time and extracting temperature on the extraction of Polysaccharides from onion leaves.The results showed that the optimum ratio of material to liquid through ultrasonic-assisted method was 1∶10,the optimum extracting time was 20 min,and the optimum extracting temperature was 50 ℃.Under these conditions the extraction concentration of polysaccharides was up to 9.23 mg·mL-1.
