溴代白头翁素对几种植物病原真菌的抑制作用

摘    要:利用白头翁植物体中的原白头翁素(性质不稳定)人工合成的前体溴代白头翁素对6种植物病原真菌进行了菌丝生长速率和孢子萌发试验。结果表明:溴代白头翁素对病原真菌具有很高的抑制效果,在浓度为1 000.000和500.000 mg·L~(-1)时,该药剂对所供试的病原真菌的菌丝生长抑制率均为100%,其中对黄瓜菌核病菌的抑制效果最好,EC_(50)为26.810 mg·L~(-1),当浓度为125.000 mg·L~(-1)时,除对烟草赤星病菌菌丝生长抑制率为41.07%外,对其它供试病原菌菌丝生长抑制率均在60%以上,当浓度降到15.625 mg·L~(-1)时,对所有供试病菌菌丝生长抑制率均低于10%;该药剂对供试病原菌孢子萌发具有很高抑制效果,当浓度为125.000 mg·L~(-1)时溴代白头翁素对所供试的病原真菌孢子萌发抑制率均为100%,对病菌孢子萌发抑制效果都好于常用的商品药剂,当浓度降到31.250 mg·L~(-1)时对供试的病原菌的孢子萌发抑制率仍高于50%。

Abstract:5-Bromomethyl-2(5H)-Furanone is forebody of Protoanemonin that is tested to the 6 kinds of the hypha of plant pathogene fungus.The results showed:5-Bromomethyl-2(5H)-Furanone had higher inhibition rate.The inhibition rate was 100%at concentration of 1 000.000 and 500.000 mg·L~(-1) in all the provided pathogene.It had highest inhibition rate to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.) de Bary,the EC_(50) was 26.810 mg·L~(-1).When the concentration was 125.000 mg·L~(-1),the inhibition were more that 60%except Alternaria alternata(Fries) Keissler which was 41.07%;When the concentration was 15.625 mg·L~(-1),all the inhibition rate were under 10%;The agentia had high inhibition rate to spore germination,when the concentration was 125.000 mg·L~(-1),the spore germination inhibition rate were 100%,and higher than commercial agentia, when the concentration was 31.250 mg·L~(-1),the spore germination inhibition rate were still higher than 50%.
