| 摘 要： | 侧孢芽孢杆菌BL-1是一株多功能生防菌,试验证明它对多种农作物病原真菌与细菌具有抑制作用。在生物防治领域,侧孢芽孢杆菌具有广阔的应用前景。通过测定侧孢芽孢杆菌BL-1对部分病原真菌和细菌的抑制效果,并对其依次进行紫外线诱变、DES诱变和亚硝酸诱变3次诱变处理,最终获得一株高产突变株HBL-B26,其效价值由最初的15A... |
