| 摘 要： | 蔬菜种子产业的发展直接决定了蔬菜种植业的发展,决定了人们的生活用菜质量。由于我国蔬菜种子产业发展缓慢,在发展过程中的科技创新能力、发展观念、市场环境、服务体系等都存在问题,成为了产业发展的制约因素,就如何破解制约因素,提出了一些推动政策。 |

| Abstract: | The vegetable seed industry directly decide the vegetable growing industry,and determined the quality of life for people with food.Because China＇s vegetable seed industry developed slowly,it has many problems,such as technology innovation ability,the concept of development,market environment,service system and so on,which became the industrial development constraints.This paper put forward a number of policies to crack constraints. |
