| 摘 要： | 随着新农村建设进程的加快,农村生态环境问题日渐凸显。为有效解决农村生态环境问题,选取黄河三角洲地区核心区域为主要研究对象,对新农村建设中的生态环境问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,即加强环保宣传、制定新农村建设规划、健全政府工作机制、优化农村产业结构及建立法制保障等。

| Abstract: | Along with speeding up of new construction,the environmental problems were deteriorating clay by day. In order to effectively solve the problem of rural ecological environment, taking yellow river delta area as research object, the ecological environment problems of new rural construction were analyzed,and the counter- measures were put {orward,that＇s strengthening environmental protection propaganda,making new rural con- struction planning, perfecting the government working mechanism, optimizing rural industrial structure, estab- lishing legal system safeguard and so on. |
