| 摘 要： | 为了更好的将拮抗真菌——桃色顶孢霉应用于实践,对其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:以察氏为基本培养基,该菌的最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为胰蛋白胨,最适pH8.5,最适温度为30℃,添加无机离子Zn2+对菌丝生长有利。

| Abstract: | In order to utilize antagonism fungus Acremonium persicinum,the bio-characteristics of Acremonium persicinum were studied.The results showed that on the basic Czapek-Dox medium,the optimal source was sucrose,nitrogen source was tryptone,pH8.5was optimum and the optimum temperature was 30℃,meanwhile adding Zn2＋was favorable for the growth of mycelia. |
