大豆可溶性糖积累规律研究

摘    要:为探明大豆不同器官可溶性糖含量变化规律,以垦丰9号、东农46、东农42、黑农35和秣食豆5号为试材,研究了不同基因型大豆叶片、茎秆及籽粒的可溶性糖积累及糖氮比变化规律,并对可溶性糖与全氮含量进行了相关分析。结果表明:不同基因型大豆叶片中可溶性糖含量变化呈双峰曲线。东农46和垦丰9号茎秆可溶性糖含量变化趋势呈双峰曲线,东农42和黑农35呈单峰曲线;秣食豆表现为升-降-升的趋势。不同品种大豆籽粒可溶性糖含量变化呈单峰曲线。不同基因型大豆叶片糖氮比变化趋势基本相同,呈升-降-升的趋势。东农46和垦丰9号茎秆糖氮比值变化趋势呈单峰曲线;东农42和黑农35茎秆糖氮比值呈双峰曲线;秣食豆茎秆糖氮比值变化趋势呈升-降-升的趋势。叶片中可溶性糖含量与全氮含量除R6期外均达到显著水平。茎秆中可溶性糖与全氮含量在R2期呈显著正相关。

Abstract:In order to prove accumulation regularity of soluble sugar in different organs of soybean, taking Kenfeng 9 ,Dongnong 46, Dongnong 42, Heinong 35 and Moshidou 5 as test materials, ttle dynamic of soluble sugar accumulation and ratio of sugar to nitrogen in leaves,stem and grain were studied, correlative analysis was made between soluble sugar content and total nitrogen. The results showed that the soluble sugar content tendency in leaves was similar, which showed a double-peak curve. Soluble sugar in stem showed double-peak curve in Dongnong 46 and Kenfeng 9, the change of soluble sugar content in Dongnong 42 and Heinong 35 was expressed in a single peak curve,Moshidou 5 showed rise-drop-rise. The soluble sugar content tendency in seeds showed a single peak curve. The ratio of sugar to nitrogen in leaves presented a tendency of rise-drop-rise in different varieties. The ratio of sugar and nitrogen in stem had a single peak curve in Dongnong 46 and Kenfeng 9, while it came to be a double-peak curve in Dongnong 42 and Heinong :35, rise-drop-rise in Moshidou. The soluble sugar content in leaves were positively or significant positively related to the nitrogen content at whole growth period except seed filling stage. The soluble content in stems were positively related to the nitrogen content at full-bloom stage.
