小麦赤霉病主要抗源抗赤霉病基因分子标记及其应用研究进展

摘    要:小麦赤霉病是小麦生产中的重要病害,由于其抗性属数量性状遗传,易受环境影响,抗性改良进展缓慢,分子标记辅助选择被认为是提高抗性改良效率的有效途径。综述了苏麦3号、望水白及其它小麦抗源材料分子标记的研究进展,探讨了小麦赤霉病分子标记现状及辅助育种改善赤霉病抗性的应用前景。

Abstract:Fusarium head blight is a devastating disease in wheat-growing. Scab resistance is controlled by multiple genes whose effects are greatly influenced by environment. This complexity has made scab-resistance breeding very difficult. The availability of molecular markers and marker maps has fostered the progress of scab-resistance genetics. This paper highlighted the progress of molecular markers in Sumai No. 3, Wangshuibai and other wheat Fusarium head blight resistant source. The progress of molecular marker in wheat FHB resistance and the prospect of the development were discussed.
