| 摘 要： | 介绍了药用石斛的生物学特性、分布及药用价值。通过分析石斛种质资源的利用现状，对其改良途径提出了几点建议：建立石斛种质资源基因库；进行花粉保藏和培养研究；制定合理的杂交育种方案，重视优良亲本的选择；结合生物技术手段创育新种质。

| Abstract: | The biological characters,distributions and of medicinal value of Dendrobinm were introduced. Through the analysis of the present situation on utilization of Dendrobium germplasm, some improvement suggestions on Dendrobium germplasm were given. 1. Collecting the Dendrobium germplasm;2. Studing the saving and cultivating of pollen; 3. Comstituting the rational scheme of hybridize breeding; 4. Paying more attention to the selection of excellent parent;5. Founding the new Dendrobium germplasm by combining the bioteehnology. |
