正确处理四大关系构建和谐图书馆

党的十六届四中全会提出构建社会主义和谐社会，作为社会主义文化建设的重要阵地，信息社会的文化中心、信息枢纽的图书馆，为贯彻落实全会精神，构建和谐图书馆，为“和谐社会”的建设尽职尽责，就必须处理好若干基本关系。特别要正确处理图书馆与馆员、图书馆与读者、本馆与他馆、图书馆与学习型社会之间的四大关系。

Handle Four Relations Correctly and Construct a Harmonious Library

As proposed by the Party to construct a harmonious socialist society,and as the important front of socialist culture construction,the center of information society,libraries have to serve the harmonious society much better,and should cope with the following four basic relations: relation between the library and its staff,relation between the staff of the library and its readers,relation among libraries and relation between library and the learning society.
