| 摘 要： | 为进一步规范市场经济交易中的法律行为,加强执行《中华人民共和国招标投标法》和《中华人民共和国政府招标法》的力度。叙述了图书馆图书采购招标的重要作用,介绍了图书采购招标需坚持的四项原则,从3个方面论述了图书采购招投标的法律性质,提出了图书采购招投标中需要注意的4个方面的问题。
