| 摘 要： | 科技期刊作为国家创新体系中知识网络体系中的重要一环,在反映我国科技水平、引导创新资源合理配置、促进先进科技成果转化过程中发挥着重要的作用。通过阐述科技期刊在国家创新体系中的地位及其功能,明确其历史使命,并提出科技期刊的发展策略,使之在国家创新体系中更好的发挥作用。

| Abstract: | As an important cycle in knowledge web system of national innovation system, sci-tech periodical plays an important role in the course of reflecting sci-tech level of my county, guiding adaptive arrangement of innovative resource and promoting advanced transformation of sci-tech achievements. By means of stating sci-tech status and function in national innovation system, manifesting its historic mission and giving sci-tech development strategy, so as to play a better role in country innovative system. |
