手机作为现代人们日常进行信息交流最便捷的通讯工具之一，其强大的信息传递与接收功能正迅速渗透到图书情报行业当中。手机的应用使得图书馆的管理服务更加便捷有序，并且一定程度上缩小了与大城市高校图书馆的服务差距。立足于地方人文经济现状，从手机用户平台的角度出发探讨地方高校如何更好地实现馆藏信息资源推送服务的相关问题，期望能为建设应用型地方高校图书馆馆藏信息资源和进一步做好馆藏信息推送服务的工作提供可行性思路。

Collection Information Push Service of Local University Libraries Based on Mobile Phone Users

Mobile phone is one of the most convenient communication tools in modern people's daily life. Its powerful function in information transmission and reception has been infiltrating into library and information field rapidly. The applications of mobile phone make the management of library service more convenient and orderly, and narrow the service gap between local university libraries and big city's university libraries in certain extent. Based on the status quo of local culture and economics, this paper discussed the related issues on how to better realize collection information push service in local university from the perspective of mobile phone user platform, so as to provide feasible thoughts for building applied local collection information resource and better doing the collection information push service.
