| 摘 要： | 研究生读者于广西工学院图书馆而言是一个新生读者群。要服务好这一群体，就需了解和掌握研究生读者的行为与心理特征以及其信息需求特点．有针对性地进行文献信息资源建设和环境建设．采用设置研究生读者联络员、加强研究生读者信息素养教育、提供个性化信息服务、加强与研究生读者的沟通等服务方式。
