基于分类指标体系的竞争情报分类分析模型研究

随着信息技术的快速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,竞争情报逐渐成为企业生存与发展的重要因素。针对传统的竞争情报分析模型在进行竞争情报分类分析过程中,由于缺乏合理完善的分类指标体系所产生的分类效率与质量问题,提出了构建企业竞争情报分类指标体系,并利用该体系构建竞争情报分类分析模型,同时对该模型的执行过程进行了详细分析。

Study on Classification Analysis Model of Competitive Intelligence Based on Classification Index System

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasingly fierce competition of market, competitive intelligence has become the important factor which brings enterprise to survive and develop. Due to lack of classification index system, the traditional analysis model of competitive intelligence raises the problems of classification efficiency and quality. This paper first constructs classification index system, and then based on this index system constructs classification analysis model of competitive intelligence, and introduces the details of modules in the model.
