| Abstract: | In the twelve five-year plan period ,construction of provincial public library service system welcomes the strategic opportunity in China. the economic foundation of public culture has been strengthened for the rapid development of nation power which provides the necessary qualifications for the construction of provincial public library service system. The paper focuses on the constraction of provincial public library service system which aims to cover all over the community and the provincial public library service system construction and build the problem of the strategy of main points, The object of this paper is contributing to the current construction of provincial public library service system in China. |
